Injuries and illnesses

What complaints can physical therapy help you with?

From head to toe, the muscular system (Muscles and tendons), the skeleton (bones, joints, cartilage, capsule, ligaments) and the nervous system are treated by physical therapy. Depending on the origin of the symptoms, the therapy also targets the digestive tract or psychological resilience resources. Physical therapy nowadays takes part in curing various diseases and as such it is becoming more and more important in our society nowadays.

Vivid Physio

dynamic, vital, strong

The body, with all its facets such as its ability to heal itself and its plasticity, is fascinating. With the aim of creating a stronger, pain- and flexible body, a holistic approach is used for treatments. Not only the influences on a specific joint or the affected muscles, but the whole person contributes to an optimal regeneration. In addition to manual therapy and active training therapy, mental and psychological resources can also be strengthened and contribute to the overall health of the individual wellbeing.

Self-efficacy is a priority. With the aim of taking your well-being and health back into your own hands, regeneration processes in the body can be stimulated through "passive" manual therapy on the treatment couch or guided "active" exercises.
