General terms and conditions (T&C)

  1. Treatment appointments, which were not attended by the patient and not cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment, will be charged to you / the patient privately (without entitlement to reimbursement by the health insurance companies). This also applies to treatment appointments that have been planned on the Internet using the online booking tool.

  2. By requesting a treatment appointment on the Internet via the online booking tool, the treatment appointment is binding as soon as the request has been confirmed to you. Then point Nr. 1 applies.

  3. "Vivid Physio GmbH" reserves the right to make program and price changes. The information published on the website and at the business locations apply.

  4. The copyright and all other rights to content, images, photos or other files on the website belong exclusively to the company «Vivid Physio de Botton» or the specifically named rights holders. For the reproduction of any elements, the written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained in advance.

  5. The insurance coverage is the responsibility of the patient and is not controlled by the therapist or «Vivid Physio GmbH». Costs not carried by the insurer will be charged to you / the patient (without entitlement to reimbursement by the insurance companies).

  6. In the event of late payment, dunning charges of CHF 20.- per reminder level (from the 2nd reminder) will be added to the bill.

  7. The transmission of data to your health insurance company or to accident or disability insurance is carried out for the purpose of billing for the services provided to you. The type of data transmitted is based on the legal requirements.

  8. You hereby authorize the exchange of medical data, which seems to be related to the current treatment, with the referring and general physicians.

  9. You give your consent for mutual contact between the physiotherapist and you as a patient through the contact information provided above.

  10. You agree that administrative matters such as postponements of appointments may be carried out with unencrypted e-mail communication (@hin.physio address to recipient address such as @bluewin.ch, @gmail.com, etc.), by phone, SMS or “WhatsApp” (META).

  11. You authorize the exchange of necessary personal and treatment data to forward both to the invoicing institution and the institution entrusted with any debt collection as well as to the commissioned lawyer and the competent state authorities.
