Treatment appointments, which were not attended by the patient and not cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment, will be charged to you / the patient privately (without entitlement to reimbursement by the health insurance companies). This also applies to treatment appointments that have been planned on the Internet using the online booking tool.

By requesting a treatment appointment on the Internet via the online booking tool, the treatment appointment is binding as soon as the request has been confirmed to you. Then point Nr. 1 applies.

"Vivid Physio de Botton" reserves the right to make program and price changes. The information published on the website and at the business locations apply.

The copyright and all other rights to content, images, photos or other files on the website belong exclusively to the company «Vivid Physio de Botton» or the specifically named rights holders. For the reproduction of any elements, the written consent of the copyright holder must be obtained in advance.

The insurance coverage is the responsibility of the patient and is not controlled by the therapist or «Vivid Physio de Botton». Costs not carried by the insurer will be charged to you / the patient (without entitlement to reimbursement by the health insurance companies).

In the event of late payment, dunning charges of CHF 20.- per reminder level (from the 2nd reminder) will be added to the bill.

You hereby authorize the exchange of medical data, which seems to be related to the current treatment, with the referring and general physicians.

You authorize the exchange of necessary personal and treatment data to forward both to the invoicing institution and the institution entrusted with any debt collection as well as to the commissioned lawyer and the competent state authorities.
