About me
Body:
I started to train martial arts and self-defence (Krav Maga) as a teen where I found my real passion in sports. Over the years I also tried the art of karate, kung fu and judo and found similarities and differences in all of them. This is how I found my way to yoga, where I completed a 200-hour teacher training course in Costa Rica. My free time I also like to spend with other sports such as athletics, basketball, jogging, skating, weight training or snowboarding in winter (even if I haven't found my talent in all of them)... :)

Mind:
Meditation was introduced to me as a child by my parents. This has supported me throughout my life to this day (at school, at work, in sports and in my private life) and helped me to have more concentration, serenity, energy and relaxation. The practice of meditation allows for a more complete awareness and expanded perspective on life. I regularly do various types of meditation (including mindfulness training / mindfulness, breathing meditation, chi flow, metta, vipassana, emptiness meditation) for myself (depending on the need).

Physiotherapy:
Through sports and my own experience of rehabilitation after injuries, I discovered my interest in physiotherapy. I was impressed by the possibility of optimally and completely recovering the body through targeted manual stimulations and movement. To this day I am fascinated by the possibilities of regeneration and the potential of the body. The science, while in no way all-inclusive or absolute truth - serves me as a guide and foundation in physical therapy.
